The article presents the results of studying the influence of treatment with extremely low frequency electromagnetic field and the biopreparation BSKA-3 on changes in peroxidase activity and general polyphenols content in carrot taproots of Chantenay 2461 variety during storage for several weeks. A different pattern of the change of the parameters under study was established depending on the method of taproots treatment before putting into storage. The obtained data can be used in the development of new ways to store carrot taproots.
