The change in the old Russian book written language tradition as a result of the second South Slavic influence

The article is devoted to the problem of the second South Slavic influence in Russia, its causes and the related book literature. The different points of view of scientists on this issue are highlighted. It is shown how the book reform that began in the Balkans continued among the Eastern Slavs. The role of Old Russian and South Slavic scribes in the process of correcting books is also noted.
