Changes in physiological indices of piglets` organisms at postweanning period under the influence of vitamin A and beta carotine preparations

The article gives the results of the research in pigs of the White Large when preparation β-carotene was added to their ration. It was show, that vitamin A and its derivatives acts as an antioxidant in biologically systems, provided protective effects on lipid oxidation.
