A change of conditions of labour contracts determined by their parties for reasons connected with a change of organizational or technological conditions of labour: general rules

The author interprets the special Russian law construction too much complexly called and too much complexly displayed in an article 74 of Labour Code of Russian Federation. He proposes amendments for the improvement of normative regulations in this field in Russia. He takes as a fundamental idea for such improvement the thought about a priority of objective economical basis in an aria of a labour organization with regard to a perception of them by a personality of the concrete worker.
