Change of indicators of functional activity of neutrophils of peripheric blood of donors after the incubation with nanoparticles the silicon dioxide

Nanoparticles represent the formations having the sizes no more 100 nanometers. According to the lit-erature they can negatively influence cells of immune system. Studying of functional activity of neutrophils of a peripheric blood of donors is spent at an incubation with nanoparticles a silicon dioxide in concentration 1,08-1013, 0,541013 and 0,271013 particles/ml. Average diameter of particles has made 9 nanometers. Incubation time - 3 hours. In all skilled assays authentic reduction of quantity of vital cells in comparison with control group. It has been shown that nanoparticles a silicon dioxide are capable to activate neutrophils. The greatest effect of activation was observed at influence nanoparticles a silicon dioxide in concentration 1,08-1013 particles/ml.
