It is stated in the research that the ovarian-menstrual cycle changes the psychological tenseness of the first-year female students at different stages of the ovarian-menstrual cycle. Taking into account the manifestation of psychological qualities at different stages of the ovarian-menstrual cycle lets improve the quality not only of the educational activity, social adaptation, individual psycho-physiological processes but also of the professional activity of high school teachers.
