Change of the personal attitude as a neuropsychological rehabilitation mechanism

Contemporary neuro-rehabilitation focuses primarily on the speech and cognition processes restoration, considering the personality rehabilitation to be an object of the psychotherapy. Basing upon clinical cases the article shows that attenuated set, changes of the body image and neurotic feelings, peculiar to the most patients with idiophrenic disease, influence effectiveness of the neuropsychological rehabilitation.
