Changes in the legislation in the sphere of application of measures of administrative responsibility for environmental violations

This article discusses changes in Russian legislation in the field of application of measures of administrative responsibility for environmental offenses. They relate to the activities of individuals and legal entities in waste management, reporting on greenhouse gas emissions, the procedure for obtaining integrated environmental permits and conducting state environmental expertise, as well as scheduled state inspections.
