Measurement of project competence formation result quality of bachelors of management

The problem of measuring the quality of higher education is associated with changes in the application of the competence approach. The changes were introduced in Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education of the third generation, and in professional standards. Project competence occupies a special place in the training of Bachelors of Management. It determines the integral level of the future bachelor's training, allows using project skills both in professional activity and in life. The relevance of this study is justified by the escalating contradiction between the employers' demands for the quality of future bachelor's training and the insufficient use of the potential of the higher education process for the development and evaluation of project competence. The purpose of the article is to build a system for measuring and assessing the quality of the project competence of the bachelors of management. The analysis of theoretical assumptions, observation, questioning, testing were used in the study. The components of the project competence of bachelors of management were revealed. The levels of development of project competence for bachelors in the direction of training 38.03.03 “Personnel management” and the corresponding indicators for each level were determined. The results of the ascertaining experiment on measuring the initial level of project competence of students were presented. The results can be used to improve the level of project competence and as the indicators of the quality of student training.
