Images on the border of the “lower world” Permian animal style

Discussive issues of studying objects of the Permian animal style, the interpretation of various animals (fish, birds, mammals) by researchers, their functionality in the worldview of the ancient population are considered. Particular attention is paid to living beings guarding the “lower world” of the integral three-dimensional picture of the world, reproduced on original works of bronze art by unknown metallurgists-philosophers.
