The study of bacteriostatic activity of α, ω – bis (amido- and hydrazidomethylsulfinyl- and sulfonyl) alkanes in relation to mycobacterium tuberculosis strain H37Rv

Studied bacteriostatic activity of 34 synthesized α, ω - bis (amido- and hydrazidomethylsulfinyl- and sulfonyl) alkanes in relation to Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain H37Rv. As a result of the studies it was found that all compounds have pronounced bacteriostatic properties with differentminimum inhibitory concentration.
