The present study is devoted to the study of the biological safety of minced meat made from meat and offal of quails in the diet of which insects were included. The experiment was conducted on white mice. It has been established that the studied minced meat is not dangerous for the body of laboratory animals, in addition, it increases the live weight gain of these animals compared to mice whose diet includes only grain mixture. Particular attention should be paid to the minced meat obtained from quails, which were added to the feed frozen raw insects in an amount of 20% of the mass of the feed, since the diet based on this minced meat reduces feed consumption by 1 g of weight gain and, accordingly, increases the yield of meat by 1 g of feed, that is, improves the digestibility of nutrients of the main diet.
