Goal-setting analysis in the structure of the professional competence of a higher education institution teacher

The article reveals a problem of the goal-setting analysis of a university teacher connected with transition to a competence model of professional education. The question about new standards of professional competence of high school professor is highlighted. The results of the pilot testing are presented.
