Studying of fats destruction by potentiometric titration method

The mechanism of fatty substances destruction of the various chemical nature prokaryotic organisms by cultures Pseudomonas sp and Bacillus licheniformis, allocated of sewage water after process emulsion degreasing sheep raw materials is studied. It is shown, that the fat acids formed as a destruction result of fats by cultures Pseudomonas sp and Bacillus licheniformis, are oxidised the various enzymes produced by given cultures, with their subsequent involving in a cycle tricarboxylic acids. The destrucruint is accompanied by reduction of length of a hydrocarbonic chain and formation of stronger acids.
