Article is devoted to problems of transformation steady reader’s the practician of children and youth, to formation of special type of the Internet focused audience. Authors come to a conclusion about need of systematization of key incentives of activization of reader’s activity for children’s and youthful audience, developments and deployments of the digital formats of development of fiction adequate to inquiries and preferences of generation of the 21st century. The idea of search of new strategic and tactical decisions on stimulation of reader’s activity is carried out; expeditious fixing relevant (and regularly updated) the practician of reading youth. In article the potential of use of a complex of polling methods and techniques, studying of documents, a wide range of the Internet resources significant for development of reader’s activity of youth is comprehended.
