New study fungicidal action biocide

The group of authors conducted pilot researches on estimates of fungicide action of a new multipurpose preparation intended for a simultaneous sink, disinfection and degreasing. In experiences used working solution of new biocidal composition in concentration of 1, 2, 3% and expositions of 15, 30, 60 minutes, experiments made without organic protection. Test cultures of mushrooms: Penicillium expansum; Ascosphaera apis; Aspergillus fumigates by results of researches is established that concerning P. еxpansum and As. apis fungicide effect of a preparation is noted at influence of the 2% concentration and the 60th minute exposition, 3% concentration had disinfecting effect on A. fumigatus at the 30th minute exposition. At electronic and microscopic research it is established: after influence of the 2% concentration and an exposition of 60 minutes observed full loss of a cover of hyphas (external cover and internal cover), these changes gave to further to destruction of hyphas.
