The article is devoted to an estimation of teachers readiness to interaction with the doctor in the view of preventive maintenance and early revealing deviations in development and childrens health state. Questioning of school teachers has revealed insufficient level of medical knowledge in the sphere of diagnostics and correction of school adaptation infringements. Results of the questioning have proved the necessity of working out the organizationalpedagogical conditions for effective training of teachers and managers of educational institutions working in the sphere of children healthsaving technologies.
