Study and compare swimming activities using different educational methods in classes with pupils

To increase the interest of school-age children in classes, to create a positive, emotional background for them, it is necessary to use various exercises, game elements and video examples. The paper presents the results of observation and comparison of two groups using different methods. The conclusion is made about the positive impact on the physical fitness of regular swimming classes using different training techniques.
