Foreign language study: the relationship between age factor and its impact on motivation

The article is devoted to the analysis of information technology impact on foreign language learning and the relationship between students' attitude to the use of IT and age factor. The article focuses on the acute problem of teaching foreign languages nowadays - development of active communicative skills and introduction of blended learning. Modern information technologies can be used as a means of creating communicative direction of studying foreign languages and motivating students' self-education. Studying with the help of Internet is interesting because of its diversity and creativity. The results of our research prove positive influence of IT on educational process and on the increase of motivation. It helps to concentrate students' attention on studying, stimulates imagination and produces good emotions. It is emotions that motivate and create positive attitude. IT used in teaching foreign languages helps to optimize the process of teaching, stimulates studying, thus increasing the results of education.
