Feed influence study with “Vinivet” addition on broiler-chickens meat quality

Food additive Vinivet in concentration of 5 kg per tonne of feeder has a positive effect on bird meat production. Additionally survival ratio and growth rates have improved (average daily growth of "Avian 48" cross broilers has been 57.3g, "Habbard" cross - 51.9 g). Also nutritional attributes of feeder have been more efficiently absorbed: digestion of protein, fat, utilization of nitrogen have risen by 0.8, 1.0, 5.3% accordingly. Protein constitution in meat has risen by 2.48%.
