The study of quality of life through an international questionnaire EuroQol EQ-5D-5L (version 1,0, 2011 in conjunction with the viewing analog scale) of patients who, after coronary bypass were defined to disability group III in the late postoperative period showed that there were problems in all components of quality of life. Subjective assessment of the quality of life showed significant variation in the components of the survey. There wasn't a significant difference among the two groups of patients (with the deterioration and improvement in quality of life) of the main risk factors for cardiovascular disease, clinical and functional, and socio-demographic characteristics of a statistically, except for the high frequency of occurrence in the group with the deterioration of the quality of life - obesity (p = 0,047).
