Studying quality of patients life after the surgery of perforative duodenal ulcer

Studying quality of life of patients after the surgery of perforative pyloroduodenal ulcer early and late after operative period was performed using questionnaires MOS SF-36 and GSRS in 431male patients in the follow-up period (to 5 years) after sewing of perforative pyloroduodenal ulcer with the different kinds of the videolaparoscopic vagotomy including the original authors method and without it. The study results s revealed, that early surgery, quality of the life is higher in patients who underwent videolaparoscopic surgeries, but late after the surgery it is higher in patients who underwent one of the kinds of vagotomy. The best results were received in patients undergone videolaparoscopic sewing of the perforative ulcer combined with vagotomy.
