The study of primary school teacher conflict-solving training

The article presents the survey results of the problem of increasing conflicts in a school community. The author explains reasons of those conflicts in «teacher-pupil», «pupil-pupil», and «teacher-parents», «teacher-teacher», «teacher - administration» systems. The article also defines main difficulties a modern teacher faces while dealing with those conflicts which result from primary school teachers’ insufficient conflict-solving training. The author suggests possible ways of optimization of future specialists’ professional training at a university.
