More than 85% of women notice that they aren't entirely healthy or sick, only 7% of people regularly check their health though almost 100% mark a high probability to be ill with serious disease within next 5-10 years. Also the estimation of health as "is not entirely healthy", "is sick" increases with the years. Apparently, in this connection people start take care of there health and conduct preventive control. Stress level on a workplace is high (45% of women notice that they have high or very high responsibility on work). Stress level in a family is also considerable. There is a negative attitude to smoking among women (6% of women were smokers). More than 65% of women note necessity to change habits towards diet and physical training. However only 2,5% of women have changed their diet to a more healthy one, the overwhelming majority of women spend their leisure-time passively. Only 31% of women have good or very good sleep, and with the years this indicator decreases even more considerably. It all means that despite positive motivation towards preventive maintenance, negative tendencies both in social and in behavioral characteristics of the population are marked. The most intensive measures on the state level are necessary.
