Study of normative legal vocabulary to form the efficient system of legal motivation in Russia

In our country in order to build up the civil society and constitutional state it is necessary to work out the efficient mechanisms of motivation of lawful conduct of the citizens. It is impossible to do without teaching students to use correctly the existing linguistic tools, and special terminology in particular in their professional activities. The article proves the necessity for future lawyers to study the normative judicial vocabulary, its urgency for the institution of legal motivation.
