Study of the basic parameters of inactive vaccine against escherihiosis, pseudomonosis and enterotococcal infection of piglets

As a result of the conducted studies it was established that the experimental-industrial batch of vaccine against escherichiosis, pseudomonоsis and enterococcal infection of piglets (inactivated) are sterile and retain stable properties. In a study of acute toxicity when a vaccine was administered to mice and rabbits, no side effect was observed. Similar results were obtained in a study on chronic toxicity. Thus, the conducted studies confirmed the sterility, stability, absence of acute and chronic toxicity of experimental-industrial batches of the vaccine, which makes it possible to recommend their use for production tests.
