A study of approaches to forming the general learning skills for designing a program of student’s universal learning actions

Teacher’s tasks on developing a program of forming student’s universal learning actions in the conditions of transfer to the Federal Standards of Education. There are no ready activity algorithms and methodology of forming ULDs to design the ULD forming program, so methodology of forming general learning skills (GLS) can be used and initial work of determining and structuring the list of universal learning actions can be shown. Research on making the GLS hierarchy according to activity levels and learning classes are presented to become the basis of ULD forming structure. Taxonomy of learning objectives is shown as a tool to form determine the ULD structure.
