Studying the meat crushing process return-and-transfer movement by the working body

The purpose of this work is to review the process of grinding the meat of the return-translational movement of the working bodies (grids), its advantage and disadvantages of the traditional ways of working the existing mechanisms. The paper discusses the impact of factors influencing the quality of grinding.
