Changes in microbial flora rumen due to the silage and forage type of feed predominance in the diet, which envolves changing its acidity. Changes in acidity has a direct impact on the indigenous microflora, its suppression and increased opportunistic and pathogenic bacteria. Just this has an impact on the state of ciliates in their qualitative and quantitative composition, reducing the enzymatic properties and therefore deterioration in digestibility.
