Studying the specifics of student requests based on requests to the university’s psychological support service

The question is raised about the development of areas of providing psychological support to participants in the educational process in the higher education system. The relevance of its solution is determined by the social, political and economic changes taking place in the world. The establishment of this direction is facilitated by the implementation of the Concept for the development of a network of psychological services in educational institutions of higher education in Russia. Using the example of the Psychological Support Service of Vladimir State University, created in 2020, the main areas of work and topics of client requests over the past three years are analyzed.
