Silicon nanoparticles in water suspension entered to Wistar line rats intragastric unitary (0,7 mg/kg) and seven-times once a day. Studied silicon nanoparticles at the given way of introduction and dose don't cause authentic changes of aminotransferases, alkaline phosphatase, bilirubin and cholesterol concentration in plasma of rats blood.
