The study of influence of passage and adjuvants on immunogenic properties of cultures of dissociated vaccine strains of brucella

In work results of studying of influence of passages through an organism of guinea pigs and a number of adjuvants on increase of immunological efficiency of vaccine strains B. abortus in S-, SR-, RS- and R-forms are stated. It's established, that passages stabilize properties of brucella vaccine strains and adjuvants - polioxidonium, the Tumor necrosis factor-beta (TNF-β), larifan and sodium thiosulfate - raise immunological efficiency of live vaccines from strainsof brucella, especially that being in the RS-form. However neither passages nor adjuvants practically changed immunological activity of culture of strain B.abortus R-1096 (the R-form).
