Study of the effect of the technology of sea buckthorn oil production on the yield of bioactive substances

The existing methods of obtaining and technological methods of extracting sea buckthorn oil have a high-level variation in the indicators of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of bioactive substances in the final product. The use of sea buckthorn oil that does not meet the necessary requirements can cause harm when used. The studies of the influence of oil extraction technologies on the qualitative characteristics have shown the dependence of the quality and composition of sea buckthorn oil on the method of its extraction.
