Exploring the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in music teaching

The purpose of this article is to present the results of studying the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in music teaching. Research on the use of artificial intelligence in music teaching is analyzed. The dissemination of current pedagogical experience in the use of neural networks in educational activities is carried out. The key directions for the development of music teaching methods using artificial intelligence are determined. The key research method is interviewing. It is concluded that most music teachers only have access to commercial neural networks; the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process pursues peripheral goals (increasing motivation to learn, developing artistic culture, functional literacy). The development of musical skills using neural networks is currently being implemented in two directions: teaching musical notation and assessing musical skills.
