Gathering information as a prerequisite for the development of human being education needs

The article focuses on the extraction of information for the development of the educational needs of a person. To implement this each person needs to focus on getting information about himself, his educational needs, his body's health, soul, mind, and spirit. Extracting information about themselves by practicing the method of self-observation, by gathering information from the people that surround them, as well as by analyzing their social experience will enable students to realize their own capabilities to meet their educational needs. By correlating the extracted information about himself with the information about the environment, a person is able to self-determine his relative educational needs. His personality is enriched with valuable information about inner world and the social environment. On this basis, the person becomes aware of his education needs, defined by his natural features, and turns into an adept of continuing education. By directing pedagogical support of education to systematic extraction and subsequent use of the information in the educational process, it is possible to contribute to the progressive development of the educational needs of students. The experience of a large part of the teachers accompanying the educational activities of students proves it.
