Detection of biochemical markers of cows' milk infected BLV

Бесплатный доступ

The results of studies to determine the physicochemical and biochemical parameters of milk, as well as tryptophan metabolites in order to find markers of infection of cows with BLV the article describes. The study of the physicochemical properties of milk did not allow us to identify any indicators as markers of infection of cows with FLV. It can only be noted that cows infected with leukemia have an increase in SOMO and milk density. The results of studies of tryptophan metabolites showed that indican can be used as a marker compound in the diagnosis of bovine leukemia. Patients and animals infected with leukemia always have an increased content of indican in blood serum and milk.
