Development of individual physical activity programs in the process of interdisciplinary integration in physical education and computer science education

Properly structured physical education is an effective means of maintaining and strengthening health, as well as improving physical and functional development. The development of individualized physical activity programs using an interdisciplinary approach contributes to the intensification of the physical education learning process. This article examines the analysis of physiological indicators during middle school students' track and field running as a common form of physical activity, as well as their subsequent processing in computer science classes using the Python programming language for data aggregation and analysis. This approach helps students understand the relationship between physiological indicators of cardiac activity and performance levels. The role of a physical education specialist in developing individualized training programs based on the obtained data is emphasized. The authors explore strategies for fostering students' motivation to engage in physical education.
