Language and law: meanings and actions

The article focuses on the fact that for a long period of time neither the legislator nor the law enforcer pays proper attention to the language of legal acts. Particular attention is paid to possible versions for resolving the current situation. So it’s argued that it is necessary: to pay attention to legal technique - a discipline that should ensure the formation of skills of a respectful attitude to legal terminology in the process of preparing future legal practitioners; to pay more attention to the legal aspects of the quality of a legal act, i.е. to apply knowledge about the means and methods of legal technique on a systematic basis; to use the opportunities provided by the principles of model formation in jurisprudence when forming the text of a legal prescription.
