Some recommendations for choosing interpreters and translation from/into Gipsy dialects, languages of some peoples of the North Caucasus and the peoples of the CIS countries are resulted. The author pays attention to presence or absence of the expressed dialects of language which an accused speaks and to the peculiarities of public morals of corresponding ethnos.
