The language loyalty of the Tatars living densely in the in Krasnoyarsk territory

The article deals with the analysis of the language loyalty of the Tatars living densely in Pirovsk and Kazachinsk areas and Lesosibirsk city of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The study is based on the data of a sociolinguistic survey. The author determines the degree of the respondents' loyalty to their mother tongue. The key issues include the choice of the mother tongue, the level of language competence and the desire to learn the Tatar language and hand it down to succeeding generations.
