The mental condition of a person forms various emotions which, in turn, are expressed by means of language. Owing to complexity of the mental organization of each individual, special feature of the means and ways of his language consciousness and expression, his emotions remain the object, difficult for studying. There is no accurate classification of them in Linguistics. It concerns even such an ancient language layer as bible words and expressions, which are labeled with different emotional-stylistic style markers in various dictionaries. In the article the linguistic means expressing the meaning of a psycho-emotional condition of the person are subdivided into the ones directly and indirectly expressing the specified meaning. Nouns which generate the word-formation paradigms capable of incorporating verbs, verbal forms, adjectives, adverbs of correlative semantics are the center of the first group. Linguistic means of the second group, much more various, are also capable of forming paradigms. The most essential difference between these groups is found in the scope of their usage. The lexical units expressing the psycho-emotional meaning which are generic in relation to the lexemes determining emotions are organized into a separate subgroup; almost always they are used in a sheaf with words of two main groups.
