Бесплатный доступ

The article proposes the classification of crimes in the sphere of health care, defines an effective methodology for investigating all types of these criminal encroachments. Particular attention is paid to corruption crimes and socially dangerous acts committed in providing medical care. The existence of three urgent legal problems is substantiated: inefficient investigation of a significant part of the detected crimes, when combatting simple criminal encroachments is in priority; accusatory bias in the minds of certain law enforcers; not always proper legal protection of medical workers and medical organizations. The main directions of solving the whole complex of the identified problems by means of forensic science are suggested.
