An effective system of enterprise management based on international management standards

Problems of a modern enterprise development and creating an effective management system are discussed. A number of tasks encountered in the problem of ensuring enterprise marketability are outlined, business processes are identified and specified. The necessity of innovative enterprise development and development of process based system of quality management are proved. The article focuses on in-depth study of business processes with application of different methods and technologies within the problem. An approach to understanding complex diagnostics of management system is proposed.
