Relevance. Scientific and technological progress in aviation has led to the emergence of a new generation of aircrafts, more complex structurally and aerodynamically. Now the pilot is required not only to make the right decisions, but also accurately implement them in the form of motional actions to control the aircraft in the most difficult flight conditions. At the same time, the quality of the pilot's motor actions in the process of aircraft control is largely due to his physical health and the functional state of body systems. The need to professionally educate pilots important motor and psychomotor abilities for the effective control of an aircraft requires the development of a scientifically grounded methodology for their development by the means of professionally applied physical training. An important stage in its development is the determination of the aircraft control indicators, resulting from the motor actions of pilots by their upper and lower limbs during the flight mission. The research aim was to determine the resulting indicators of motor actions of pilots of different qualification categories for aircraft control during flight phases. Research methods. The following methods have been used in the research: literature analysis, instrumental technique for registration of deflection indicators of aircraft elements during the flight, mathematical statistics. Research results. The study substantiated that to objectify the assessment of the quality of actions of pilots to control the aircraft it is necessary to use the resulting indicators of the magnitude of the deviation of individual elements of the aircraft from the proper values at different stages of the flight mission. The comparative analysis of the resulting indicators, established in the real flight conditions, made it possible to identify that their composition, reflecting the accuracy of motor actions to control aircraft elements, is very specific for pilots of different qualification categories. Conclusion. Aircraft control indicators, resulting from the performance of motor and psychomotor actions of pilots, have statistically significant differences due to their qualification category. This makes it necessary to identify the features of the influence of motor and psychomotor abilities on aircraft control indicators by the pilots of different qualification categories.
