Efficiency of respiratory gymnastics of shooter in the pandemic of coronavirus

The article is a description of the methodology, mechanism of action and benefits of gymnastics, as well as a study on the importance and prevalence of Strelnikova respiratory gymnastics among students. As a result of the study, an analysis was carried out and conclusions were made. The article is able to interest those who are not able to engage in heavy physical exertion and want to carry out prevention from SARS and other diseases of the respiratory system.
