Previous fermentive hydrolisis of grainstuff in fattening oxen diets provided the increase of gains to 15,2% and the decrease of feed cost to 13,6%. The content of muscle tissue increased to 1,5% and fat tissue – to 0,3%; were bettered the taste and technological indexes of meat.
