Efficiency of hypotensive therapy in hypertensive patients with ischemic heart disease after coronary artery bypass graft surgery

35 hypertensive patients with IHD, in 6 months after CABG, were bollowed-up in the study. The tolerance increase in physical activity in patients who have reached of optimal level the BP with use metoprolol and irbesartan is noted. Improvement in a daily profile the BP associated with long controllable treatment is presented. Necessity of 24-hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in hypertensive patients with IHD after CABG is shown.
