Efficiency of innovative technologies of broiler meat industrial production

By now there are two basic systems of meat chickens rearing in broiler industry: the first technology involves floor equipment usage and the second one involves cage equipment. Genetic potential realization of poultry efficiency depends significantly on the conditions created for poultry in the process of rearing and management. Scientific investigations were carried out at poultry factory № 3 ООО "BGK Velikiy Novgorod" using broiler chickens of cross "Hubbard F-15" from one day to 40 days age of rearing poultry at enterprise. For the experiment 2 groups of day old broiler chickens with live weight 40-41 g 300 heads in each were selected. The first stock of young birds (I group) was reared according to system "BroMaxx", the second (II group) - according to system "Patio". The conditions of broiler chickens management conform fully to accepted zoohygienic parameters of two technologies of rearing and correspond to regulatory requirements for the cross under study. Feeding was done by combined fodder upon recommendations of All-Russian scientific and research and technological Institute of poultry and Guidance on broiler rearing "Hubbard". As a result of the carried out investigations it was determined and proved the efficiency and viability of large-scale implementation of advanced technology of broiler chicken rearing of modern crosses according to system "Patio" into industrial poultry. Because of fodder expenses decrease per 1 kg of live weight gain, increase of poultry feasibility and capacity, implementation of innovative technology of broiler rearing "Patio" on large stock (203133 heads) of cross "Hubbard F-15" resulted in economic effect amounting to 851.84 thous. rub. Profitability of the second group (system "Patio") was higher by 1.6 i.n. in comparison with the first one (cage "BroMaxx"). Key condition to increase efficiency and competitive ability of meat poultry industry is modernization of manufacturing processes, organization of innovative system of branch development.
