How effectively recruitment specialists use test results

The paper explores use of qualitative and quantitative forms of test interpretations by recruitment specialists. The described studies reveal inconsistency in declarative and real use of test interpretations and so far the tendency to underestimate importance of numerical data. The author shows difference between decision-making strategies of novice and experienced recruitment specialists. She argues that recruitment specialists need to acquire skills in analysis of different forms of test interpretations.
