Эффективность использования результатов тестирования специалистами по подбору персонала

Рассматриваются особенности использования качественной и количественной формы тестовых интерпретаций специалистами по подбору персонала. Показаны расхождения между нормативными представлениями и реальными способами анализа психодиагностической информации, в частности, тенденция к недоучету количественных данных. Выявлены различия в способах принятия решений новичками и более опытными рекрутерами. Обоснована необходимость обучения рекрутеров навыкам анализа различных форм тестовых интерпретаций.
